These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Netslicer platform, operated by a U.S.-based company in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Netslicer: A tennis betting education platform providing data-driven tools, models, and exclusive insights.
Member: Any user who has purchased a subscription (Starter or Professional).
Content: Any material on the platform including text, audio, video, data, insights, charts, betting models, or proprietary tools.
Customer: Any natural person purchasing a subscription for non-commercial personal use.
Data Subject: Any individual whose personal data is processed by Netslicer.
Platform: The Netslicer website, dashboard, and digital services accessible through membership.
Intellectual Property Rights: All legal rights related to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, software, know-how, and proprietary tools under U.S. or international law.
Subscription: Access rights granted upon purchase of a membership plan.
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are non-transferable. Members must be 18 years of age or older and reside in jurisdictions where sports betting education is legal.

By purchasing a subscription and creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is legally enforceable under applicable U.S. and international laws. You acknowledge that access to digital content begins immediately upon purchase, and you waive any statutory right to cancellation or refund after content access has begun, including under U.S. consumer protection laws.
All Netslicer content, including but not limited to software, code, models, strategies, algorithms, videos, graphics, data, and branding, is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. By purchasing a subscription, Members are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Netslicer content for their own non-commercial, educational purposes. This license does not convey any ownership or intellectual property rights in the underlying software, code, models, or tools. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembly, scraping, data extraction, or use of Netslicer’s proprietary content or software is strictly prohibited. Violations of this section cause substantial harm that is difficult to quantify. Therefore, Members agree that a minimum liquidated damages amount of $10,000, plus $500 per day for ongoing misuse, represents a fair and reasonable estimate of damages Netslicer would suffer. These damages are in addition to, and not in place of, any other remedies available under law or equity. Netslicer also reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, specific performance, and recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs in connection with any violation. Netslicer further reserves the right to monitor usage, investigate suspicious activity, and audit account access to enforce these Terms. Members agree to cooperate fully with any such investigations.
You may not use the platform to engage in unlawful behavior, solicit gambling, or share your login credentials. Any abuse or suspicious activity may result in termination without refund. You are responsible for all actions under your account. If you share access to your account for economic gain, you agree to a fine of $10,000, and $500 per day from the second week onward until the activity stops.
Netslicer makes no guarantees regarding betting outcomes. All content is educational in nature. Use is at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your most recent subscription period. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses. Users are responsible for their own due diligence and insurance coverage, if applicable.
The platform provides educational and analytical insights only. We are not a sportsbook and do not offer gambling services. All predictions and betting models are theoretical and for informational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for any decisions made using the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Terminated accounts will not receive refunds. Users may cancel at any time via their dashboard. We may also limit or block access for maintenance, legal compliance, or misconduct. Termination notices may be challenged by contacting netslicer.help@gmail.com.
We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined therein. Complaints or data access requests can be sent to our support email.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable U.S. federal laws. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Philadelphia County, PA, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
Netslicer shall not be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet or utility outages, strikes, war, government action, or hacking. If the platform is inaccessible for over one week due to such causes, subscriptions may be extended accordingly, but refunds will not be issued. Inaccessibility beyond one month allows users to cancel their membership without compensation.
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
