These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Netslicer platform, operated by a U.S.-based company in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Netslicer is a tennis betting education platform providing data-driven tools, models, and exclusive insights.

Member refers to any user who has purchased a subscription (Starter or Professional).

Content includes all written, audio, video, statistical, and analytical materials provided on the platform.

• Starter: Includes access to tournament breakdowns and community features.
• Professional: Includes all Starter benefits plus exclusive video courses, tools, and one-on-one booking access.

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are non-transferable. Members must be 18 years of age or older and reside in jurisdictions where sports betting education is legal.

By purchasing a subscription and creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is legally enforceable under applicable U.S. and international laws.

• All prices are displayed at checkout and are denominated in USD.
• Starter subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Professional memberships are billed annually and may not auto-renew unless specified.
• No refunds are issued once content access is granted, including on renewals.

All Netslicer content, including but not limited to models, code, strategies, videos, graphics, and branding, is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or use is strictly prohibited and subject to a fine of up to $10,000 plus $500/day for ongoing violations.

You may not use the platform to engage in unlawful behavior, solicit gambling, or share your login credentials. Any abuse or suspicious activity may result in termination without refund.

Netslicer makes no guarantees regarding betting outcomes. All use of content is at the user's risk. To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.

The platform provides educational and analytical insights only. We are not a sportsbook and do not offer gambling services. All predictions and betting models are theoretical and for informational purposes only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Terminated accounts will not receive refunds. Users may cancel at any time via their dashboard.

We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to those terms as well.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Philadelphia County, PA.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
